Allied Solutions Buys Agency, Expands Distribution in KS, MO, and NE
CARMEL, Ind., June 3 /PRNewswire/ — Allied Solutions, LLC has purchased Kansas City, MO-based MJB insurance Services, Inc., a provider of insurance and financial products and services to credit unions in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.”I’m very excited about this strategic acquisition in the Midwest,” said Chris Hilger, president of Allied Solutions. “Like Allied Solutions, MJB provides quality products, services, and training to credit unions and helps them grow their profits, protect their assets, and meet the needs of their members.
